«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 202 of 202Someone would have a good argument that the jail might not be overcrowded if we had a rec center 10 years ago. I am sure some of those young people would have chose a different path if they hadn't got with the wrong people and had some sort of mentor when they were growing up.
Seriously, we should build a building in this county that will be used. The people of Starke county will use a jail more than a rec center. We have an overcrowded jail, but the New Millenium Health Club closed because not enough people would work out. We should build the biggest jail we can afford, because we will fill it up. You know its true.
