I agree, people need to be made to clean up their property.
Lets be proud of where we live.
I see trash in so many yards in town, just lying around.
Why can't the people in charge see these run down places? Why does it have to be reported, this is their job. Do it!!

I worry about my own yard.If someone wants to trash their yard more power to them.

Who cares about the junk in the yards. I'm worried about these wannabe gang bangers hanging around uptown.

You would care about the junk in other people's yards if you were trying to sell your house and the junk was right next door!! It doesn't matter how hard you work to keep your property nice, it is devalued because of someone else's sloppiness!

Has anyone lost a coondog looks like a walker? Was found on 625 south in North Judson. Contact the humane society they have my phone number. Or if someone wants to give the dog a good home send a message on here. The dog is about 2 months old.

Can anybody tell me what a status hearing is and how many can you have before they take you to trial or let you go with a slap on the hand

Anonymous said...

No it's not just the junk in yards that has devalued my house. Just ask some of the folks in Bass Lake about that.

If you live in the country, a lot of junk has probably blown around over the winter. My yard needs to be cleaned up, too, if it ever stops raining long enough for me to get out there!

I would like to thank the Starke County highway department, Starke County Co-op, Lawrences', Jernas' and everyone else that helped for getting the levee on the Robbins Ditch repaired as quick as they did.

A status hearing is basically an "update" for the court. To let the court know what's going on or make sure everyone is progressing towards trial.
